Nano Cube 24DX lights quit working?

I have a Nano Cube 24DX, that I have had for less than a year. I changed out the bulbs around 2 months ago. I have the lights set up on a timer. Yesterday, they didn't come on, so I took the top off and vacuumed and checked to see if the wires were ok. Everything looks fine. The moonlights work and the fans. It's just the main lights that will not come on. I e-mailed Nanotuners where I ordered it from, but with the holiday weekend, it may be a few days before I hear back. So I thought I might get some HELP here. I don't have any emergency lighting on hand either any suggestions? I would really appreciate the help.

The ballast probably died. That usually what happens on the less expensive light fixtures. If you look at the nano tuners website they have a whole section of replacement parts with most being parts for the lights. Good luck.

Sounds like the ballast if both lights are doing it. I think there is a fuse on the ballast that you can get to, might be worth a try to take it to a local hardware store to see if they have replacement fuses.....

I checked the fuse and it looks ok, so it must be the ballast. That's what I thought too, but was wishing it wasn't. Thanks for your input.
