nano lighting

just wondering but for nano reefs to get the 5-7wpg all i will need is a 39watt t5 for a 5 gallon set up? and i was wondering will a sun coral do good un this set up or sohuld i maybe build it a small cave for shaddow out of the LR. Also if anyone could suggest a small fish that would clean up the left over shrimp from the sun coral feedings would be great also.

I have a 70 watt metal halide over my 10 gal, not sure if that'd be too much over a 5.5. I think you may be better off with a cleaner shrimp or some onther invert to clean up the excess food.
