What kind of lighting? In my ten gallon I've kept a red lobo brain, candy canes, favia, bubble coral, hammers, etc under 96 watt pcs. It's best to stick with things that aren't overly aggressive, far reaching or fast spreading in a nano unless you watch carefully and frag when needed.

Hammers and frogspawn will reach, but can be fragged when they get too big. They are one of my favorites. I have an awesome candycane in my 5.5g nano. Again, it is easy to frag when it gets too big.
