Natural mode depth

The depth offset for the natural reef mode won't stick using the app, reverts to 0 or 10 feet when I log in....trying to get 30ft. The web version seems to work.

What type of smartphone are you using and is the app updated to the most current version?

Hi Alex-

Using my iPad, updated the app last night to bring the Vortec's aboard. I re-programmed several times playing with the Vortec settings, didn't touch the Radions, and each time the depth reset from 30 ft to 10ft, rarely 0ft.

Hi Alex-

We emailed, just checking that this is a software "issue" and not something I'm doing wrong? Happens every time I log in , web and iOS.
