there is a new website under construction.bigger and better than before with lots of goodies.it should be up and running in less than two weeks.there was a problem with the hosting of the old site and communication broke down between the parties involved.straight answers were not forth coming.sorry for the inconvenience.

We will announce when the new site is up here on RC.

We will have a fresh new look and it should be much easier to navigate the new site!

What everyone is seeing when they go to ncpars.org is where the site was previously hosted. Half the information was on that server and the other half on the new server. We were just not fast enough at jumping through hoops!
