I really hope this was collected legally by a freediver as it is highly illegal to collect fish using scuba gear.

Also (sorry I am new so I might be overstepping bounds) , In SA there is a big drive to document species so I hope a report was done to the local authorities as well

With a postoffice permit it is legal
