Try prodding Rik (Dogerblew), he bought my old 24" x 24" stand to replace his current stand but hasn't gotten around to swapping it out yet.

I have a 24" cube also. I bought a base cabinet from IKEA: SEKTION
Base cabinet for sink, white, Häggeby white. I put plywood on the top/bottom, and in the inside, for reinforcement. Still got to find something to trim the plywood on top though.

Check out Val's aquarium stand. I had him make mine and it came out great
