hey fellow NJ reefers, if anybody needs acrylic of any size, i was at a store near the Allentown Airport in PA called Lehigh Valley Plastics on Gilmore Ave. (near IRV"S BYO for those of you in the know), they make all kinds of acrylic stuff for comercial applications (display cases, shelves, plastic gears etc.) they also have a retail store there where they sell all their left over pieces and all kinds of odd ball acrylic shapes and sizes for cheap. if your lucky they may have just what your looking for in the store, but if they don't you can leave a template or dimensions of your project and they will cut what you need from large 4x8 sheets they have in the wharehouse. I just got 3 pieces of 3/4" thick, 3ft. x2 ft. cut to a 1/2 moon shape, polished and flamed to my templates for 120$. this place is well worth the trip if you need big stuff and don't want try and have it shipped via UPS not sure if they have cylinders for skimmers though I will ask when i go back this week for my pieces. they will not make tanks because of liability issues i guess they had some bad experiences.

not sure what the zip code is, i can have it for you by the end of the day. directions are easy

take rt.22 west across the delaware river in easton go about 10 miles west to airport rd. (Lehigh Valley Airport is right there) take airport rd. south about 2 miles. at traffic light make right onto Union Ave. take Union ave. about 4 blocks and make right onto Gilmore Dr. Lehigh Valley Plastics is about 150 yards down on right hand side ( its in an industrial park type building ) has big sign over front door. hours ar 9-4 monday thru friday closed on saturday.

the other way to do this would be take rt.78 west into PA until you get to rt. 33 take 33 north to rt 22 west.

There's actually a place in North Plainfield with a similar setup. Its called P & E Plastics. You can look it up on Yahoo.
