Need advice about flow

Hi,

Can somebody verify please if my flow settings for 87G Reef (SPS including) is good?

Looks sufficient to me, but no one here could really tell you. You just have to observe the water flow in your aquarium at different times. If you feed frozen foods its easier to see how the flow pattern is because you can see the food move in the flow.

Also observe for any dead spots where detritus may accumulate. Since you are keeping SPS corals its always good to make sure they have high flow but not so high that it causes the corals to grow sideways or damage their skin. Think of water flow as wind traveling through your aquarium, rock structure and corals. You want the corals to have a good breeze of water so that the corals can properly expel waste.
