I acquired a new stand that I am about to purchase a tank for. I am pretty new to the hobby and need some advice regarding the overflow and tank design.
The stand is 60x24 as well as the canopy. Diagram attached.
I was initially planning to get an internal overflow in the middle of the back wall and was investigating overflow plumbing options.
Several people suggested using a bean animal overflow but that seems to be primarily used for external overflows which I am concerned would be an issue for putting the canopy on.
I am looking for advice on what type of overflow and drain setup,to,go,with given my stand and canopy.
Any advice is appreciated.
