Hello all I am very excited because I just ordered a pair of grade b picassos from donisreef. Now I dont not have a QT tank would it be fine to just acclimate them or do I have to do somethin special with them. Also this is the first time I have had fish delivered to me and I read something about not exposing them to bright light right away its this true? Lets hear the feedback

IMO they are ok to skip QT and acclimate right to your display.

Turn off your lights or just atinics for the first day helps lower the fishes stress. I also like to make sure they have some form of moonlight first night.

now what about taking them out of the box that they are shipped in?? should I open the box in the bathroom and let light in little by little

no, Its not the ambient light you should be worried about. Its the bright lights in the tank. I will usually just leave the atinics on my tank and thats it for the rest of the day. every reef has a cloudy day.

Other then that just dont panic. I always panic ...
