I have a 120g reef tank. I have recently lost a bunch of fish. Lost 3 lyertails, 1 hippo, 2 yellow tangs, and one clown. This happened about 3 weeks ago. the only 2 fish i have left are one clown and on Naso tang. At no point have either of these fish shown any signs of ich or any illness. Of the fish thst i lost a few of them showed signs of ich and others showed no signs of ich but still died. Some looked fine and were active and eat well but gone a day later. The 2 fish i have left i have had for a few months and never showed any signs of anything. Its been 3 weeks since any fish have died. At this point should i remove the 2 fish and treat with copper or just keep an eye on them for a few more weeks before adding any more fish. On another note, I know best practices are to quarintine alll fish but i dont really have time, energy, money, space, or equipment to do this. Are there any other ways to minimize deaths and parasites without QT. I have not tried any of the reef safe parasite treatments because ive always heard they dont work and are a waste of time.
