Need disease Identification

Here are pics of our Blue Hippo, he is the only one showing what ever this it. All other fish including the other 7 tangs are fine.

All have been fighting marine ick for the past few months (I am running a 114Watt UV) and been barely showing any more signs.

This seems to have just apeared almost overnight, no new fish have been added lately.

Anyone have any suggestions as to what it might be. The fish is starting to look better but not sure if it will come back or infect the other fish.

This is just a guess, because I'm really not sure. But it almost looks like the Tang has scars/little holes from where parasites have been eating away at it's skin. Or maybe worms. You said you have been battling ich for a few months now. Could the ich or their eggs have done this?
