Need disease or infection identification

My clown fish has some sort of bubble type stuff growing on it belly. I tryed to get a pic of it but was not able to get a clear shot. It has had it for about a week or so now. Its a kind of gooy and bubbly looking. Eating fine and acting normal otherwise. I noticed the bubbles got a bit bigger today...

Please let me know if you know what this is and how i might get rid of it.

I tryed a fresh water dip with no effect.

I'm not sure but I'd QT and start with some Nitrofuran.
