Need help diagnosing fish disease

Need help with clownfish disease, we raise black and white oscellaris clowns and every once in a while one comes down with this disease they get very swollen with bulging eyes. They still swim fine but quit eating. They lose their color. They tend to look a little slimy compared to the other fish.

All water parameters are acceptable (ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, ph, salinity, temp)

any help would be appreciated.
