Need help diagnosing my fish

I have a fish that is acting funny. His name is Steve. I noticed a white spot on/in his left eye a two-three days ago. He also has some white spots/splotches on the left side of his head on top of his eye. Every so often I see him twitching or even rolling. I have a video on YouTube, but he doesn't do his stop, drop, and roll during the video. He's a bit of a ham for the video camera.

Figured out that Steve has flukes. I performed a fresh water dip for 10 minutes and saw the flukes "peel" off his eye.
