Need help identify disease

Hi
Can someone please help me identify if my fish has icy or something else?
I had the fish in Hypo for 4 weeks and then took another week to raise it back. I am at 1.016 now but in two days my fish is covered in white bumps. I also did two rounds of Prazipro.

Looks like crypto (ich) to me. Are you measuring your SG with a refractometer? You might want to consider another treatment like tank transfer or chloroquine phosphate.

Hi, I have had icy with my tang in the past and they all have salt like dots, maybe the picture is not good, as it's hard to take a clearer picture, but the dots looks bigger then what I experience in the past. I used a calibrated refractometer holding the salinity at 1.008 for four weeks. There were not signs of any icy during these four weeks, fish was eating very well. These bumps all happened in two days after I raise the salinity.

Can you tell me more regarding chloroquine phosphate?

Copper will also work well on this fish. Looks like the hypo did not cure the ich.
