I don't know what this is? Good or Bad? and if it's not a good thing how do I go about getting rid of it?

maybe a type of hair algea???? not for sure i have some stuff in my tank that is green that looks simular to that, if u want to get rid of it i would probaly just pull it out of the tank.

looks like Gelidiopsis (wire algae) to me. if you have some herbivores in the tank they may eat it, or you could pull it out.
