Hey guys, I'm in a pickle. I bought a Craigslist tank today, but my help cannot assist me due to an injury. It is a 55 gallon with stand and canopy, and established. I need someone with a pickup to help me move the tank, stand, and all the buckets of water from Waterford Lakes over to my house near Universal Studios. I think once I get the tank home, and the fish and rocks in containers, I should be OK (I need to clean it in the driveway anyway). The problem is that I don't have a pickup or another guy to help carry it to the truck!
I will gladly pay for lunch, and pay you a reasonable fee for your time, or you can have some of the fish from the tank that I would end up selling anyway (a hawkfish, blue damsel, and black and white damsel). I don't have a ton of cash after buying this tank (I still need lights too), but hopefully we can work something out! And of course if I can help you move something later I'd happily oblige.
If Friday is better for you, it would be later in the day, because I still need to buy more RO from the LFS and get things ready. Saturday we could do it at any time.
I sure hope someone can help! He needs the tank gone by Saturday...
