I was moving my rock around and both of my little anemones fell onto the sand do I need to put them back on the rocks? I dont want them to die. Please help out.

As long as neither anemone suffered any sort of damage from this (torn or crushed flesh, for example) they should be absolutely fine.

If they don't like it in the sand, they'll move back up onto the rocks and find a spot that does make them happy.

Were they actually attached to the rock before you moved it? What kind of anemones are they? Some like their foot in rock, some like sand.

Yeah they were both on the rocks, the bigger one is white and it has bright green tips and the other one is pretty small its just plain white it looks like. Thanks everyone.

Pictures would be helpful in identifying the species of anemone you have so that we can better help you :)

However, if they're both white, neither of them are healthy. They will need good lighting and extra care to regain their zooxanthellae. What kind of lighting do you have on your tank?
