Hi, wanting to take the GHL profilux plunge and somewhat confused if cables etc come with units. Here is what I think I need

Some questions:
1. Can I run more than 1 fan controller. I need 1 for tank fans and my T5 lights also have fans I need to control the speed of. So two propeller controls connected is ok ?

2. Confused with what cables I need for Vortech, profilux-simL and fan unit.

3. Assume all software and iphone functionality is included in the "N" series.

1) Yes you can run more than one Breeze Controller
2) Vortech using PAB connection so a PAB cable for that, Breeze uses the 1-10v so you'll want to use a GHL cable splitter YL2-1 / PL-0096 ("L" port I think), SimuL comes with the cable attached already just plug it into an "S" port.
3) Yes "N" series is what you want because it contains the Webserver aspect.

Keep in mind that GHL has yet to release their Droid or iPhone ap but it's not far away per GHL.

Also the "Fan" controller is only designed (As far as I know) to work with the GHL Breeze fans so you'll want to get a controller unit for each set of BREEZE fans you order.

Getting excited as my unit is in shipping now.

I am considering the flow meter option for the return flow. I see the flow meter connects to the level input. So how do I connect two float swicthes (ATO) and the flow meter into the 3.1N. Do I need an expansion card as well ?

You'll need a PL-LY - splitter for 2 level sensors, Mini-DIN, 1 plug, 2 sockets (PL-0081)

This would allow you to plug both level sensors into one L port and use the other L port for another input.

now I see the differec in 3.1N and the ex version. mine does not have the second L3/L4 port. So will have to wait until I can afford the expansion card

P3.1NeX does everything the P3.1N does as well as:

• Conductivity
• Redox
• Additional Level inputs
• Additional 1 - 10V interfaces
