Need help with ID of what is on my tang and treatment for it

My blue eye kole tang who is recovering from HLLE now has some other issue. He is in a 90 gallon tank and eating really well, he has been in the tank for almost a month now and is a new addition I just noticed this morning when the lights came on.

Oh and it seems to be coming off like it's a mucus of some sort?

Well I think I have flukes I am going to dose tank with prazi should I stop doing nopox while doing so?

Flukes are possible, but those might have just been shallow scrapes or some sort of coloration change.

If you are using Prazi in your DT, presumably you have a fish-only tank?

Does the Tang have any white spots or cloudiness on his eyes?

No white spots or cloudiness in eyes, yes is fish only used to have corals but had a issue a while back but plan on stating back up again. So they could be just scrapes? They did randomly fall off today kind of like shedding its slime coat like my foxface does sometimes. I might just do prazi to make sure all is good. Anyway thanks for help, do you think they are scrapes even thought they came off like that earlier? Was strange
