Need help with ID

I have had this coral for a few months and there has been limited growth. When there was new growth the new tips were white with blue tips but they have changed to brown since then.

It is located half way up my tank under 250Watt XM 10Ks. It is also located in a high flow area. What can I do to improve the coloring?

To improve coloring?..Add some blue..VHOs should do the trick..
