Need help with identifying these zoas,palys whatever they are

I have some sort of zoa or paly that is going crazy in my tank. I would like to frag them out, but first of all im a little nervous of how toxic they can be. First of all i would like to figure out what they are. Any help would be appreciated! Pic below..
