Need help with large tank sump desine

Hey all I will be up grading my 144 and setting up a 600 my sump will be made out of 100gal rubber maid stock tanks I have a reeflo orca 250 skimmer to start with my display will be up stairs with sump in basement 15 feet below the main tank is 120x30x36 and I would like to have a mixing tank and auto top off all tide together to run off my RKE controller any one have any thoughts or comments thanks for any help

Yeah, I've asked for help here too and got no answers. I guess your best bet is to read how other people set their systems up and learn from them.
