Need help with lighting for my 90

Ok so I have been out of the hobby for a few years and I am getting back in to it with a nice 90 Gallon.
My decision is between 150 HQI or 250 HQI both plus actinic.
The tank dimensions are 36X24X24 and my plan is to keep a selection of corals not just SPS.
Your help is appreciated.

I think I'd go with a T5/150 Combo, 250's are a bit much for a "mixed reef".
