Need help with reef lighting.

I started my 29g tank in August of last year, with 2 clownfish and a Xenia frag. Since I've owned the Xenia it has not grown. I've moved it around the tank a couple of times and have been keeping an eye on the parameters of the water, all of which have been perfect. The light coral light that I'm using is the Current orbit Led light. My feeling is that I don't have the light set correctly. I don't really understand the intensity of what the color of the light is supposed to be, whether it is bluer or more white. I also have some other coral which I don't know the names of. I also have a little problem with algae but it's most likely from me dosing the tank with Seachem Aquavitro Fuel like I was told to do by my Lfs. I've been increasing water changes and got some hermit crabs and snails to try and hold it back. I really need some advice on lighting and care of coral I'm very new to coral and the people in my lfs don't give very specific information on the coral.

of the tank.

Stop dosing the tank. If all you have is a Xenia frag, there's no need. How much water do you change at a time and how frequently? How long do you run the light and at what setting? For Xenia, the amount of blue vs. white isn't going to matter much. How much flow/water turn over do you have? Where in the tank is the xenia (how far from the light)?

You’ve said your parameters are ideal - please post them. This includes calcium, dkh, magnesium, phosphate, and salinity
