Need help with Sicce 2500 pump

This pump makes loud noise like clattering noise. I took out and cleaned and put back together. Still the same. So I ordered a new impeller assembly and put it in and still the same. Won't turn. I had an extra motor and tried it with that and had extra ceramic shaft and still won't work. Any can help me out there? I have looked at the you tube video from Marine Solutions and can't figure out what's wrong.

Hello, Came home to find my sicce 2500 pump not running as well, but our magnetic shaft is split. Can we ask where you got your replacement shaft?

Got my impeller assembly at Aquarium Specialty, although it did not come with a shaft. What's up with that? I got one before that came with one but can't remember where.
