Looks like a small bristle worm, pretty good for cleaning rock work and odd corners of various things in the tank. They're a good thing

Looks like a large bristle worm. Harmless. I have had one for about 3 years now and he is huge! About 10-12" long and as thick as my thumb. I have hundreds of bristle worms but this one just grew way faster than any of the rest.

thx...i had seen small round reddish brown bristleworms in my tank before and knew they were ok.... but i had never seen a white one like this guy and hes more flat then round and was about 5 inches long
