Need Help

Hi All,

I just arrived to Pasadena, and need some help to set up a new reef tank. Thanks to movers one side of my old 75 gal got broken, so I am looking for a new tank or some place that can help me fix the old tank. I want to have a bigger tank but I don't know if I can have the space to put it. I still have the old stand which is 49” by 19” so I think it can hold a 90 gal, I am not sure if it can stand to any bigger.

If you guys can lead me to some good stores around here or know someone trying to sell or get rid of their old tank please send a PM.

Welcome to So Cal, I am just a few miles east of you. I would not build a tank to fit your stand. A tank costs much more, so get a stand build to fit your new dream tank. But is $$ is tight, Lee Mar makes the best glass tanks locally. They will build any dimensions you like. pasadena Tropical fish sells lots of these flat polished euro braced tanks. He has a 48x24x24 in stock for $850 with the stand and 5year warantee. Check it out, if you like the quality have him order one with all your personal specs. Be ware, he can come off as kind of a jerk, but he is ok in my book, and has been doing this for over 20 years, and I am sure he puts up with some real characters on a daily basis.
For acrylic, Socalcreations.com They built me a 60L 20w 18H open top tank(1/2" acrylic) cost 8 bills, but it was totally custom, and they are cool to work with. Their stands are strong, with good finish work.
