OK I am moving around tanks because I built a sump for my 150 but now I have a problem and I have fish in bucket so I need to work fast. My 150sits on a metal stand that has brackets on the bottom for holding a tank but they are 18" apart. My sump is a standard 55 which you know is only 13". So now I'm bascily going to let the tank sit inside the bars but I don't know if this is safe. I live in a building so the floors underneath my carpet are concrete. Can I set the sump tank directly onto the carpet??? or could like a piece of plywood on the floor then the tank on top be better???? Please respond quickly I need to move
