Wondering if anyone knows what this is? I have been told some type of dendro. If that is what it is, what are the basic care needs?

very odd looking don't think its a dendro though. Is it always that smooth and round?

Yes, usually, but it shrinks up to about 1/3 of the size at night, but you can still see the little mouths. I didn't think it looked like a dendro either. Thanks for the reply!

Looks really swollen, get a pic when it's the 1/3 smaller size you mentioned.
