What is this? look on the rock next to the yellow leather. you will see a stem and a little purple 3 nub tip come off. It is growing off the rock and there are a few of them growing. The shaft looks maroon and the tip is purple

lol... i was actually about to say it looked like a plastic price tag string..... have you checked to see that its alive? usually algae isnt that uniform but im no expert. whered you get the rock?

At the LFS. It is alive as it has grown out of the rock. Wasn't there when I put the rock in.... It's alive

well its extremely blury but since it is a tube like structure my is some type of worm. dont quote me on that though... im no expert
