Need ideas for holding my fuge light in place

I have a 24g NC and have the back center cut out with a small light Velcro 'ed to the opening for my cheato. I had it taped till I could get some velcro and the tape didnt hold... when I put the velcro it came off on the second day, it seems the heat of 18w pc lighting made the glue on the velcro weak and it fell off. Amazingly my cycling tank read 0 ammonia and trites last night but 50ish ppm trates. I really need that light back up there! Any ideas on how to keep it in place? (its a small rectangular black fixture with 2 9w PC bulbs, relatively flat.)

That wont work for me since theres nothing near the lighting to tie it to; all my other wires are on another side of the tank :/.
