Need info: Uronema marinum

Ok so I have a QT tank that is finally cycled and two chromis in another 20 gallon that is full of live rock, corals and crabs & snails.

My QT tank wasn't cycled and the fish came in early so these fish had to go in the 20 gallon. There is a lawnmower Blenny and two chromis (left). I've lost two chromis to Uronema marinum and seem to keep getting misinformation out on the net and conflicting stories so I'm here to learn about this parasite.

Also what can I do with the live rock and corals I have in there?

From what I've been told leaving a tank fallow will not cure this parasite.

You should find what you need in Snorvich's new condensed bible on fish parasites.http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2389659

I saw your other thread, I have no idea why this parasite is showing up almost exclusively in chromis. I've been around SW fish for about 35 yrs and can't remember ever seeing a selective parasite (almost ) epidemic before.
Uronema is very tough to cure. Also, chromis tend to chop their numbers down to just one, sounds like one of those mindless reality shows. Survival of the fittest.

I read all of that and it's very helpful, but it still doesn't explain how to clean my live rock.

I have a 29 gallon in storage and am thinking about just setting it up

Unfortunately since Uronema does not need a fish for its life cycle, I do not know how to remove it from the tank other than cleaning and drying. Alprazo thinks that CP might remove it, but neither of us are sure of that.
