I'm storing 12 snails in a 5g bucket with a piece of LR for about a month, and need to know how i am going to light it. Do i need light? Need to know as they are in the bucket now and don't know what to do! THANKS!!!
Just put them in a room that has overhead light, and be sure you feed them nori if there isn't much algae. Snails don't technically need light, but they're happier if they can see, and they need algae.
