Need some advice on new fish in QT with ich

Just got a new order of fish in yesterday. A yellow long nose butterfly, a orange back wrasse, and a yellow wrasse. Woke up today to find the yellow wrasse covered in ich. I know how to treat this with TTM and have utilized TTM successfully not too long ago. I'm not so much worried about the ich here as I am stressing out the new fish.

My question is how fast should I start doing TTM? I was planning on letting them rest in a QT tank for two weeks to get comfortable and to make sure I can get them all eating. The orange back wrasse is super stressed from shipping right now. I don't want to over stress them anymore than I have to at this point and lose the fish to stress rather than the ich. I do have cupramine. Should I start a low dose of that now to suppress ich until I can perform TTM? I just worry about that orange back wrasse with the cupramine. I need advice on what to do here.

Here's some pics of the new fish I just got. This is from yesterday before the yellow wrasse broke out in ich. The orange back wrasse is so beautiful! These pics are even with the OT tank light off and look how vivid his colors are!

I appreciate the feedback but that didn't really answer my questions. I just don't want to lose a fish because I didn't act. I'm thinking I'm going to start TTM. I will try getting them to eat. I think it's going to be less stressful on the fish rather than letting ich multiply until it kills them.

I'm not a TTM expert so I'm not much help, but if you don't mind me asking, where did you order the fish from?

Immediately is fine. Match first tank SG to transport water. Use a colander for transfer.

Blue Zoo Aquatics. It was my first time ordering from them. I've heard good and bad, so thought I'd give them a try since blue zoo gives you free shipping on orders over 140 bucks. It's cheaper than live aquaria since they charge you sales tax and their free shipping price is way higher. Fish were packed well. The service from them wasn't a bad experience on my end despite the ich. But I've also got fish from live aquaria that came in with ich too.

Remember Blue Zoo ships at SG 1.017. Always assume ich or other parasite is present.

They actually came in water at 1.020.

I called them and asked where they kept their SG at they said 1.020-1.023. I had the water matched (split the difference at 1.021 )before the fish got here. Tested their water and my tank water. It was only 1 off. My water was 1.021. Floated the bags for 15 mins, did 20 mins of drip acclimation just in case and put them in my QT tank.

Sounds fine. Guess folks complained at 1.017

So went home for lunch and checked on the fish. All the spots are gone on the yellow wrasse. Is it possible that it was his nightly mucus membrane coat that he surrounds himself with to protect himself against predators? Ich just can't disappear in 4 hours can it? The orange wrasse is also doing lots better. He even ate. Took this video over my lunch hour after feeding them.

^ich doesn't disappear in four hours. It drops off the fish. I've seen my sohal covered in what looks like he jumped into my salt mix and swam in it, and a few hours later looking all peachy clean.

If you suspect ich, just do TTM now.
