Just got a new order of fish in yesterday. A yellow long nose butterfly, a orange back wrasse, and a yellow wrasse. Woke up today to find the yellow wrasse covered in ich. I know how to treat this with TTM and have utilized TTM successfully not too long ago. I'm not so much worried about the ich here as I am stressing out the new fish.
My question is how fast should I start doing TTM? I was planning on letting them rest in a QT tank for two weeks to get comfortable and to make sure I can get them all eating. The orange back wrasse is super stressed from shipping right now. I don't want to over stress them anymore than I have to at this point and lose the fish to stress rather than the ich. I do have cupramine. Should I start a low dose of that now to suppress ich until I can perform TTM? I just worry about that orange back wrasse with the cupramine. I need advice on what to do here.
Here's some pics of the new fish I just got. This is from yesterday before the yellow wrasse broke out in ich. The orange back wrasse is so beautiful! These pics are even with the OT tank light off and look how vivid his colors are!
