Need some help re adjusting my LED lighting schedule

So for 6 months now, I've been running my AI SOL Blue modular LEDs on the following lighting schedule (see pic):

I'm not really getting as much royal blue effect as I would like. I understand if I change this setting, I would have to correct the white and regular blue settings, as well as slower ramp times. Does anyone have any suggestions on this?
