Need some help with my upgrade

I finally decided after 3 yrs to move up from my 75 to something bigger. The help i need is to get the new tank down into the basement and onto the stand. The tank is a 220 RR unit.I'm planning on covering a pair of 2x4s with carpet and temp screwing them to the stairs, so the tank can be slid down. From the bottom of the stairs its a straight shot about 12ft to the stand. I am hoping to get this done soon, as it is sitting in my garage and my wife wants her parking space back. I don't have a set day, i figure it will be the day when i can get the most help. Let me know, i know i have had a couple volunteers already but more hands make the job lighter. Thanks Mark

Ok folks i'm taking a head count for who can be here tuesday evening. I'm shooting for 5:30- 6pm so people can get home and eat dinner.
