Need some help

I bought 2 clown fish off someone looked very healthy no white spots or anything now some white spots are showing up on one, all I have is a 90g or 20g for qt no sump for them though,have a hang on the back and sponge filter is that gone be enough? I have a 75g with 4 small clowns,baby fox face and coral beauty
10 snails,4 hermit crabs,star fish,cleaner shrimp, 2 urchins for clean up crew
I cut feeding down and am skipping a day here and there now

If you have ich (sprinkling of salt) or other parasite, you will need to treat all fish and leave your main tank without fish for a period depending on which parasite you have incurred.

4 clowns will not work, by the way.

Ok should i use the 20g or the 90g?
