Need some HELP!

OK here is the story.....SORRY!!! I purchased a Scribbled Rabbit fish from an online vendor. To make a long story short A carrier I will leave unamed lost the package. Instead of me getting the fish overnight on Saturday morning I had to wait till Monday. When I got the fish home first thing Monday he/she was still alive. I left him in my quarentine tank at normal salinity 1.025 for a few weeks. After a few weeks passed I decided I would also get an algae blenny. Soon after the purchased of the blenny I noticed ich on the rabbitfish. So I lowered the salinity in my quaretine tank slowly to 1.008. The fish have been in 1.008 for about 3 weeks. Well for some reason the algae blenny was tormenting the rabbitfish real bad. So yesterday I returned the algae blenny back to the LFS. The rabbitfish looks real bad. Last night I checked on him 2 times and found him stuck to the intake of the hang on filter. I blocked the intake before I went to bed to keep him from getting stuck. He is swimming abnormaly and as of last night did not seem to be eating and his rear fin is all messed up. This morning he was still swimming around but not looking like normal. My 2 questions are.......

1.) Can you do a Maracyn 2 treatment while also using hyposalintiy?

2.) Do you think the rear fin is just messed up from the blenny picking on him or fin and tail rot?

My thoughts...... for what they are worth. Are that the blenny was picking on the rabbitfish so bad he has him really stressed....Hopefully he can pull through......THANKS for any thoughts and suggestions...BILL

Are you checking your PH? This drops during Hypo, should be checked daily and add buffer if necessary..Are you doing regular water changes and watching your Ammonia, Nitrites?

I have been watching my PH and buffering as neccesary. I have not been doing water changes up until yesterday when I did about a 5 gallon change on the 30 gallon QT. I have been using 2 Seachem products regularly. Stability and Prime. Stability helps keep the biological filtration at it's best. Prime binds ammonia, nitrite and nitrates so the filter can remove them. So I think my water quality should be OK.
