Need some new 250w de 20k's

Any changes in the market? Whats the nicest out there now, and where should I pick them up?

XMs have the lowest output of all the 250wattDE 20,000Ks. My favorites are the Aqualine 20,000K and the EVC. The EVC is perhaps the brightest 20,000K, only 10-15% less output than a pheonix, and very similar in looks as well (more purple though, and less 'washed out' looking). FWIW, if you use actinic supplimentation, a pheonix 14,000K is a 20,000K thats just missing the actinic spike, so combining the pheonix with a couple actinic tubes would be a 20,000K look as well.
