Need Tank Drilled!

I will be soon purchasing a new 29 AGA tank for the new set-up. I will need 2-3 holes drilled. I am looking for this project to be cost effective as the tank is only worth 40-50 bucks, so 20 bucks per hole will not work for me.

How many holes do you think we should go with on this new tank? we could use the mag 5 as a return and then I will buy the pump with CA reactor. Two holes? three holes?

I'll drill the holes for $10 each. I have bits for 1" and 1.5" bulkheads.
