I need to move my 75 over to my mom's.I don't want to do it all at one time and I want to clean my sand wile I got the sys down and have time to get my aquascape the way I want it.I guess the best thing to do is set up a temp tank.Something with a stand would be nice but I could set it up in the floor.Would consider buying one if its priced so that I could sell it and get my money back.Anybody?

How long will you have the system down? If it's a short time, you can actually move corals and fish with some live rocks to a large Rubbermaid container and keep them there. You can place your powerhead and other equipment right in the container. You have to put something like an egg crate over the container to place the light fixture over it and to keep fish from jumping out.

Maybe a week or so.The rubbermaid is a good idea but I've never used one and am conserned about how well I will be able to see.Alot of my corals are mature(BIG)and attached to large rock.So placeing them will be tricky.Don't want to crush any corals.:D BUT....Still a good idea!

You can use one of those semi-translucent shallow ones for closet or under the bed type rather than the grey Roughneck kind. You can see your corals well enough under the light. A glass tank maybe better, but plastic ones safice as a temporary holding tank and you can either use it later to hold other things (or wash it very well and return it like my friend did ;).)
