Need to identify spots on Yellow Tang

My Yellow Tang has 2 spots with swelling that we tried treating with E.M. Erythromycin with no luck. My Fox Face also shows a few spots. Is it possible they have been fighting? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Never seen spots like that before.... Maybe a season reefer can help ID those spots and what would be the best treatment for it. IF they were human I would have said Measles or Chicken Pox but I know fish can't get those.

IME most Yellow Tangs are a-holes, so fighting is always a possibility with them. Another thing to consider: Do you have an anemone or LPS they could be getting stung by? Erythromycin is a good antibiotic but it only treats gram-positive bacterial infections. If this is a gram-negative infection you'll have to treat with something like Minocycline or Nitrofurazone.
