need to make quick decision on scopas

after closely looking at tons of pics of fish with ich on them i really am not completely positive what my fish has is ich he is acting completely normal and i want to say it looks almost like a real fine fuzz or dust and hazy eyes no other fish have symptoms for some reason i cant load pics i have no qt what should i do

You need to get a QT to treat the fish otherwise he will probably die. If you do not have any inverts in the main tank and plan on never getting any then you can treat the main tank with a copper based medicine although I would recommend against going this route.

try posting a pic of your fish and give descriptions of any symptoms or whatever relating to the possible illness.
