Anyone have a stand for a 20 long? Im setting up a 20 gallon saltwater tank for my son. Can anyone help me out?

Just got done building my own for my 75 - only cost about $100. A 20gal you could probably build for about $50 depending on how detailed you make the trim. You can also buy an iron stand real cheap at PetSmart...

I would really stay away from an iron stand.
The smallest chip of paint will eventually result in rust, and a rusty stand will ultimately be a mess.

Salt water and iron don't mix.

Just me 2 cents.

agreed, but if you need something cheap and quick they are probably the sturdiest thing you can get. Good for a kid's tank IMO.

Not many wood stands for a 20 gallon that won't seem top heavy or unstable - but a 20 is light enough you can probably put it on a table too.

you can go to odd lots or some other cheap furniture outlet and buy a end table or cabinet that will work and have some storage under neath for 20 or 30 dollars.better than rod iron for salt.the iron gets rusty quick.i have one under one of my frag tanks and it is rotted after 2 years.really rotted.salt creep is attracted to it like a magnet.
