Needing replacement pump for Reef Octopus skimmer

Recently bought a reef octopus skimmer off a guy and the pump was locked up beyond belief so I'm looking for a replacement that isn't insanely expensive. It's a reef octopus 250, and the pump that was on it was the PSK 1500.

Any good (and cheap) pump suggestions for me?
