Nem dying?? or??

Is my rbta spilling its guts? or is it pooping? It is hard to see all of it since the pic is so bright, but I put an arrow next to what it is, and even though it doesnt show up, leads from there to its' mouth. Whatever it is, some hermit crabs have taken notice and are eating what is coming out and I am concerned for its health...

That thing is SUPER bleached man so it might be on its last leg. Need alot more info though.

its the lighting, cuz remember I said the pic is bright that it doesnt show the whole "gut or poop"

Ok so turn off the white lights and take a pic. My guess is its dying but you still havnt given us anything to go on to help you. Tank size, how long has it been established, tank parameters, what type of lighting, we need details to help.
